Pick-up and delivery retail orders are available Monday through Saturday. Our order desk is open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 3pm. All next day orders must be made between those hours to ensure product is properly made and packaged to your liking. Orders for Monday may be placed on Saturday as we are closed on Sundays. All deliveries will be made between the 7am to 10am daily. Thank you and enjoy!

We have many many types of hamburger buns. If you are looking for something more traditional, we have our egg dough buns. Something that melts in your mouth our brioche is the choice. Our potato bun makes a perfect option for a vegan bun. - Hot Dog Buns
Our traditional hotdog buns are soft and fluffy, made from our egg dough. We also have vegan options available!
- Kaiser
Our traditional white Kaiser bun is soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. Available in mini size, whole wheat, sesame and onion Kaiser. - Panini
Our traditional white panini bun is soft on inside and crusty on the outside. Available with the option of with or without flour on top. Also available in mini size for pre-orders. - Pumpernickel
Our gourmet pumpernickel buns are made with delicious pumpernickel flakes. Available in different shape and size for pre-order. - Sub
Our traditional sub buns are very popular, available in different flavours like white, whole wheat and harvest grain with the option of getting them in 6’, 8’, 10’or 12’ inches.
- Whole wheat
A healthy option with delicious taste is what describes our whole wheat buns the best, available in mini round, regular round roll size and in 8’, 12’, 10’ inches sub bun style. - Onion pletzel
Our fancy onion pletzel is loaded with onion flakes and poppyseeds to give the regular bun some flavours. - Vienna
Vienna bun is a soft egg bun available with or without poppyseeds sprinkled on top.
- Rye bun
Our rye buns are available in mini round or an oval shape. It a delicious white bun with caraway seeds throughout the bun to add that extra flavouring to a regular bun. - Dark pumpernickel
Dark pumpernickel roll is a soft and a dark bun with delicious pumpernickel flakes. Available in panini shape, mini panini, round roll or mini round roll. - Surprise roll
Our fancy surprise roll with molasses and has got oniony surprise inside and some caraway seeds throughout the dough.
- Small twist
Our traditional twist bun is an egg bun, with option of having them with sesame seeds or no seeds. - Large twist
Our large twist is also known as mini koilech. It is a soft bun with some sesame seeds sprinkled on top or with no seeds. - Round rolls
Our traditional round roll is a white egg bun available in regular on mini size, with the option of having them with sesame seeds or no seeds on top.
