  • Light Rye
    Light rye bread is one of the best-selling products at Gunn’s. It is a variation of traditional rye bread replacing the caraway seeds with rye flakes which gives it a milder taste.
  • Rye
    Our old country style rye is a bread made with rye flour and lightly seasoned caraway seeds.
  • European Rye
    We take our traditional rye bread and mix in extra caraway seeds and sprinkle a generous amount on top.
  • American Rye
    Our American rye bread is a darker version of the traditional rye bread with molasses and caraway seeds throughout the dough.
  • Marble Rye
    Marble rye is a combination of our old country rye bread and American rye bread. The two doughs are swirled together to make it a beautiful looking bread.
  • Dark Pumpernickel
    Our dark pumpernickel bread is made fresh every day by combining pumpernickel and rye flour and some molasses which makes it darker in colour.
  • Pumpernickel
    Our pumpernickel bread is a lighter version of the traditional dark pumpernickel bread.
  • Onion Pumpernickel
    A customer favourite! Pumpernickel dough combined with onion flakes and caraway seeds. A perfect choice to have with spinach dip.
  • Dark Pumpernickel Raisin Walnut
    A beautiful hefty loaf made with combining dark pumpernickel bread with raisins and walnuts.
  • Koilech
    Koilech is one of our most famous breads, also known as Challah. A beautifully braided egg bread with the option of having them with sesame seeds, poppyseeds on no seeds on top. We also make it in a square loaf which makes an amazing French toast.
  • Raisin Koilech
    Our version of raisin bread. It is made in the square shape. The egg dough has raisins mixed throughout giving it a little extra sweetness.
  • French
    Our French bread is soft and airy on the inside, nice and crusty on the outside.
  • Sour Dough
    Very similar to our French bread. Sour dough bread is a beautifully crusted bread with a light tangy flavour.
  • Farmer’s French Sour Dough
    Farmer’s French sour dough is light and fluffy on the inside and crusty top dusted flour.
  • Italian
    Our Italian bread is crusty on top and soft inside, available with the option of sesame seed, flour or a plain Italian loaf.
  • White
    If you are wanting a traditional and simple bread this is the bread for you. It is soft on the inside with a chewy crust.
  • Whole Wheat
    Handmade everyday our whole wheat bread is a great alternative for those looking to be a little healthier.
  • Fergassa
    Our white bread kicked up a couple of notches! Cheddar cheese and fresh green onions mixed throughout the dough is a great choice on its own or makes an amazing grilled cheese.
  • Harvest Grain
    Harvest grain bread is made with seven grains making it one of the most nutritious bread. It’s the best of both light and fluffy texture combined with whole grain goodness and the crunch of seeds in every bite.
  • Cinnamon Bread
    A sweet dough swirled with cinnamon and sugar. Also available in whole wheat.
  • Garlic Bread
    Our delicious traditional French bread with home-made garlic spread.
  • Baguettes
    Our baguette are crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Available in most of our different flavours including French, Dark pumpernickel, European rye, Harvest grain, light rye, marble rye, onion pumpernickel, pumpernickel, rosemary, sour dough and whole wheat.
